“I have been coming to Metric Motors for two and a half years.  I had been going to another local garage for my repairs after having had several bad experiences with dealerships fixing one thing while breaking another which got VERY expensive.  When we purchased a new used vehicle, I had been told about Metric Motors by my Uncle who is, shall we say, particular about who works on his vehicles.  Since it was his vehicle that I had purchased, I thought it would be a perfect time to switch mechanics.  From the start, I have had a great time with Dan and several of the mechanics.  They are easy to talk to and really know their stuff.  With the addition of Rick, who is just as easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, this company is all I need for my car repair needs.  Now I’m sure that some people think that two years isn’t enough time to really get to know a mechanic.  But I have had a lot of different things done with my vehicles.  From the timing belt and water pump, to a door handle replacement, regular oil changes, and most recently, the replacement of an automatic radio antennae.  They even helped me sort out a brake problem that I had after I thought I had fixed it myself.  They worked with the parts store to get my warranty on the parts and fixed the problem for labor only!  This last trip, they saved me over $200 off what a dealer would have charged me because they took the time to dig out the broken pieces from the motor and saved the motor from having to be replaced!

I am a talker.  Anyone that has spent any time with me knows that I’m a social bug.  This never seems to phase Dan or Rick in specific.  I call them up and ask them random questions about things that I wonder about on my cars, how to prevent other things from breaking on them.  They give me the answer without it ever seeming like I’m bothering them.  They even fit my cars in on the day I call…for minor things that don’t need parts that are days away.  When I was helping my sister-in-law find a car, they were even able to fit that car in for an inspection on spur of the moment notice.  I really like the email reminders about service that is needed and the coupons that accompany them.  Now that money is tighter than it had been, it is great to know that I’m getting quality, dependable work done on my cars to help preserve and extend the life of them without having to pay dealer costs.  It is so nice to know that I have a mechanic/repair shop that I can call mine and really feel like I’m not just another number, but a valued customer.  So, if you’re like me, and you don’t have the money to fork over at the dealership, you want to keep your car running in top notch shape, you really need to check out Metric Motors in Loveland.  I don’t live in town, but wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else!”
